Working with us
As levels of computer equipment and systems have increased over the years, it is often necessary for you to employ the services of a company to support staff in the daily running of IT in the organisation and also for help with specialist IT projects.
We take this in to consideration in our packages and are committed to working closely with this person to develop the support services and skills they need fo the present and the future.
A responsive and pro active approach.
Remote support is provided which allows Astrix engineers to provide support or advice quickly and tailor it towards their particular problem.
Pro active monitoring ensures that Astrix knows about any potential issue with your server system. Checking that system backups have completed correctly is also included along with a monthly report where reoccurring issues can be resolved.
Using Remote Access.
Working in conjunction with your IT coordinator when software faults are encountered, an Astrix engineer can guide the coordinator through the correct procedures by taking control of the computer and either rectifying the fault or providing more installation procedures.
The Online Helpdesk
Astrix run an online ticket reference helpdesk to allow you to view the status and progress of each call or fault relating to their organisation keeping all relevant staff up to date with issues.
